The Most Electrifying Chess Tournament returns January 2026 in Compton, Ca. Top 16 will compete alongside Make A Move LA Champions for $10,000. Sponsored by Make A Move Chess League and the City on Compton.

Tournament Details:

• Date: January 31st
• Location: Dollarhide Community Center - 301 N. Tamarind Ave, Compton
• 12pm-5pm
• $50 registration fee
• Registration Deadline: 1/15/26
• Knockout Style
• 10 minute gameplay
• Final game 15 minutes
